For health emergencies, it is best to consult a medical practitioner. For questions about your therapy, how you are feeling, what is coming up for you, anything that you feel you need to discuss, it is best to book a session. I cannot answer these questions via email as they need more attention than just a quick answer. If you have a small issue that you would like to address in between sessions, you could book a 15 minute session (see options below).
