About me...

I started my journey of healing at a very young age. As a
very tiny baby I had a serious bout of pneumonia and
then a long string of health complaints over time: chronic
bronchitis; fatigue; emotional sensitivities; food and
environmental allergies; digestive problems; aches and
pains: menstrual problems; feeling disconnected from the
world; and so much more... and it wasn’t a whole lot
of fun!

I was treated initially with loads of antibiotics and
other medications and then by herbalists, naturopaths,
iridologists and acupuncturists. I was placed on diets,
given supplements, potions, powders... anything my
parents could think of to make me well.

In my late 20’s, and still suffering from the after-effects of
the illnesses and of the medications taken, I began to
realise that I could (and had to) feel different, that not
everyone felt as exhausted as I did and that there were
ways to change. I was so fortunate that my parents were open to natural therapies when I was a child and I continued with treatment from many natural disciplines.

I have learnt so much from both my illnesses and from the amazing therapists who over time have helped me to heal, that knowledge I use daily for myself and for others. I was inspired to learn as much as I could about health, and while working in the clothing industry in Australia, I took as many courses as possible... in Japanese Medicine, Meridians, Food As Medicine, Bach Flower Essences, Feng Shui, Indian Head Massage, Crystal Healing, Kinesiology, Sound Therapy, Yoga and Meditation. In my work I was happiest (and most challenged) when helping others, learning about personality types and ways to help them to perform at their best, ways to encourage them to feel confident and happy. At the time my passion for the fashion industry was fading but I had no idea that I would become a healer.

In my late 30’s I moved to London and worked for a couple of years in the yoga industry. I was treated by a great Homeopath and knew that I had found my ‘thing’ and began my training in Practical Homeopathy with The Lakeland College of Homeopathy. After completing that initial training, I was left with a thirst for more and am now excited to be studying a second diploma at The College of Shamanic Homeopathy with Dr Yubraj Sharma.

I love homeopathy... It’s absolutely magical! It can help you to achieve amazing things, to clear the effects of the pains of your past and of your ancestors. I was hooked when I found out that this can even be done during pregnancy so that the foetus doesn’t carry as many burdens into life... that I thought was incredible! I don’t think I’ll ever lose the fascination and passion for healing and want to learn more and more!

In my practice I love to learn what makes people tick, to get gently to the underlying blockages and imbalances and to heal using homeopathy and energy healing alongside the many tools that I have studies and absorbed through my life. I am extremely sensitive (another part of me that has been a very challenging and major part of my healing journey) and like to use that sensitivity to help others.

Through Homeopathy I have taken the journey to become me, to live life fully and to follow my dreams and destiny without the burdens of the past. My aim is to help others to do the same. There’s nothing more exciting or rewarding than to see a person blossom before your very eyes!

“I believe what makes Kay such a gifted homeopath is her natural ability to listen to her clients on an intuitive level, she knows how to pick out the core issues which need to be healed. It is invaluable to have someone so compassionate and engaged to support you in whatever life throws at you."
